 Home Made Equipment

The purpose of this page is to show you the equipment I personally made over the years to train myself and my clients.  Also, on some of the equipment listed on this page I will give you step by step instructions on how you too can make your own equipment and save you some serious cash in the long run. I will continue adding to this page with new equipment as I make it. I hope this page will be useful to you. Please shoot me and comments or questions you might have about any of the equipment I made and I'll try to get back to you as soon as possible. Enjoy!

Medicine Ball 22 lbs

Medicine Ball

If you ever purchased a medicine ball you know how expensive they can be especially the heavy balls.  Here is a great way on how to make your own medicine ball that is extremely durable and very inexpensive.  I have medicine balls from 22 - 25 pounds that I personally made and still are holding up after some serious slamming and abuse at my camps. CLICK HERE to read how you can make your own home made medicine Ball.

PVC Forearm Blaster

PVC Forearm Blaster

Here is another extremely simple item you can make in no time out all. I have three versions of this forearm blaster. The first one is smaller in diameter and you hold it in your hand while using it with no support. The second one is one that you slip over the end of an Olympic Barbell to support the blaster. And the third can either be small or large in diameter and you slide it onto the safety bar in a power rack and use the safety bar to support the blaster. All three of them are pretty much made the same with some minor adjustments.  CLICK HERE to read how to make your own PVC Forearm Blasters.
