“Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp is instructed by one of the leading authorities on Fitness in Public Safety.  “Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp is a results-driven strength and conditioning program for public safety personnel that runs at least 60 minutes, 3 days a week, for 4 weeks.  The camp is conducted outdoors, utilizing a fun and creative format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and unconventional training methods to skyrocket your fitness levels with phenomenal results!


“Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp’s
world-class workouts include, proper warm-up procedures followed by an intense and productive workout that combines muscular strength and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, explosive power, mental toughness, pillar (core) strength, agility training, grip strength, general physical preparedness (GPP), nutritional coaching, and flexibility exercises to dramatically assist you in performing your job.  Plus, fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and the end of the four-week program to gauge each individual’s results.


“Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp
follows the principles of self-confidence, motivation, and team work!  Even though “Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp is a progressively intense training program, no one will ever embarrass or harass you.  No two workouts will ever be exactly the same!  This not only prevents boredom that many people experience in other programs, but this is a mark of a well-designed fitness program.  Each individual at “Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp starts and finishes together.  This brings individuals closer within the group, making it easier to stay dedicated to the program. “Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp is about having fun, staying motivated, and achieving great results!

SIGN-UP PROCEDURES


In order for you to reserve your spot into the “Fit for Duty” Strength & Conditioning Camp for Public Safety Personnel, you need to complete the following steps:


Step 1

Download ALL the required forms below.  There are (7) forms to download.

a. Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk Form

b. Release of Liability

c. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)

d. Health History Questionnaire

e. Peak Fitness & Performance LLC Policies

f. Training Service Agreement

g. Physician's Consent to Participate in a Fitness Program (If applicable)


Step 2

Complete all forms accurately and legibly, and sign and initial all places where it is requested. The Physician's Consent to Participate in a Fitness Program Form is not required unless specified in the PAR-Q form, other attached form, or at the discretion of Peak Fitness & Performance LLC.  Please don't be intimidated by the forms...they're actually pretty simple to fill out. Step 3

Send all completed forms via US Mail to the following address below with the proper payment
either by personal check or money order made out to Peak Fitness & Performance LLC.

Fill out the form below stating that you have mailed the proper forms with the proper payment to reserve your spot in the next camp. You will be added to the list for 7 days. If payment and forms do not arrive within 7 days...you will be dropped from the list and contacted by Peak Fitness & Performance LLC of the situation.
