“Fit For Duty” Strength & Conditioning
Camp’s world-class
workouts include, proper warm-up procedures followed by an intense and productive workout that combines muscular strength
and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, explosive power, mental toughness, pillar (core) strength, agility training, grip
strength, general physical preparedness (GPP), nutritional coaching, and flexibility exercises to dramatically assist you
in performing your job. Plus, fitness assessments are performed at the beginning and the end of the four-week program
to gauge each individual’s results.
