Welcome To MY Jungle!!!
Here is a great group of college athletes I worked with squeezing in
some conditioning work before they head back to school. And even though I don't recommend pushing
yourself to the point of getting sick. When you're playing with the Prowler, sometimes it's unavoidable.

The "Fit
for Duty" Strength & Conditioning Camp NOW in Session ...
Here is one of the testimonials from my
last camp...
"Kevin has come to my rescue twice already. The first time
I came to him, I was 285 lbs. Kevin worked with me over the course of a year and a half and I lost over 100 lbs. Later
down the road I began to put on more weight so I decided to join Kevin's "Fit For Duty" Strength &
Conditioning Camp to get me back on track. I now know by following Kevin's program and advice that I will meet my
fitness goals. This class was amazing and I got more out of it than I thought I ever could!"

"American Workout Warriors"
Go "Underground"
in the Middle East
You want to talk about desire, heart, and imagination! These warriors did
a tremendous job designing their own equipment with whatever they could get their hands on for their “Underground Style
Gym” to get themselves seriously Jacked!!! All of the equipment that was made for their workouts was a TEAM effort
by ALL the “American Workout Warriors”. Due to security reasons, I can’t or won’t reveal any
of their names or identity, so please don’t ask.
Below
I briefly described of how they made some of their own “Underground” equipment using ONLY items they had available
to them. I have to tell you, I was very impressed with some of their toys.
Kettle bells:
One of the
pieces of equipment they made that I was most impressed with was the kettle bell. They had KB’s that were 35lb, 37lb,
40lb, 42lb, 55lb. The handles were made of 1 inch re-bar that they welded onto steel carriers which they also made which held
the octagon shaped weights inside of them.
M-4 (.223caliber) Carbine Assault Rifle:
The rifles
are made of re-bar and have the same characteristics (measurements) and weight of the M-4 (.223caliber) Carbine Assault Rifle.
The rear & front pistol grips are located in the same exact spots and angles as the M-4.
Sea Bag:
The Green
Military Sea Bag weighed 100 lbs. and was filled with wheat from the local market. They doubled (2) big trash bags and filled
it with the wheat, wrapped it with Riggers Tape (Military version of Duct Tape), doubled it with two more trash bags,
then taped it again. Then they put the trash bags into the seas bag and taped it again. This is one heavy duty Sea Bag.
Big Tire:
The tire was purchased in Iraq for $20.00. I’m not sure how much the tire weighed.
Medicine
Ball:
The Medicine Ball was originally a basketball in which they filled with sand to get
the weight to 16 lbs. What they did was cut open a basketball in order to add the weight (sand) inside of the ball. Then they
filled a trash bag with sand, and Rigger taped it shut. Then they put the filled trash bag into another trash bag and sealed
that bag with Rigger Tape. Then they stuffed the sand filled bag into the basketball and sewed it up '550 Cord" (aka
Parachute Cord) and then sealed it with more Riggers Tape.
As
you can see in the pictures, these guys are “True Warriors.” They did whatever was necessary to stay in shape
and to get themselves seriously “jacked”!
